Chiropractic Care for General Musculoskeletal Dysfunction: A Retrospective Case-Series at Rozenhart Family Chiropractic
Background: General musculoskeletal dysfunction (MSD) represents a common public health concern, impacting daily activities and quality of life. Chiropractic care is frequently sought for the management of these conditions. Methods: This retrospective case-series reviewed outcomes for 10 patients receiving chiropractic care for general MSD at Rozenhart Family Chiropractic in Gilbert, AZ. Data were extracted from verified patient reports, focusing on chief complaints, treatment duration, and reported improvements. Due to the retrospective nature and available data, formal quantitative metrics for pain reduction and mobility improvement were not tracked. Results: All 10 patients reported positive outcomes following chiropractic intervention. Improvements ranged from feeling "much better" after treatment, achieving "instant relief" within two adjustments, to progressing from frequent visits to maintenance care over five months, and a return to "living their best life." While specific percentage reductions were not recorded, patients consistently reported subjective improvement in their musculoskeletal symptoms and overall well-being. Conclusions: This case-series suggests that chiropractic care, incorporating techniques such as cervical and lumbar adjustments, disc decompression, and sports injury rehabilitation, may be associated with positive subjective outcomes for patients experiencing general musculoskeletal dysfunction. Further prospective research with standardized outcome measures is warranted.

Chiropractic Care for General Musculoskeletal Dysfunction: A Retrospective Case Series from Compass Family Chiropractic
Background: General musculoskeletal dysfunction represents a common presentation in chiropractic practice, impacting daily activities and quality of life. Understanding the real-world effectiveness of chiropractic interventions in diverse patient populations is crucial. Methods: This retrospective case series analyzed the outcomes of four patients presenting with general musculoskeletal dysfunction at Compass Family Chiropractic in Dunwoody, GA. Data were extracted from patient records focusing on chief complaints, treatment narratives, and perceived outcomes. Given the retrospective nature, quantitative metrics for pain and mobility were not consistently tracked. Results: Across the four cases, patients reported significant subjective improvements following chiropractic care. Case 1 noted substantial improvement after a few visits. Case 2, unresponsive to prior physical therapy and acupuncture, experienced significant improvement with chiropractic care. Case 3 reported reduced need for frequent visits and an improved attitude. Case 4 indicated tremendous improvement for both the patient and their spouse. Conclusions: Chiropractic care, as provided at Compass Family Chiropractic, appears to be associated with positive subjective outcomes for patients experiencing general musculoskeletal dysfunction. These findings suggest the potential for chiropractic intervention to improve patient well-being, even in cases where other conservative treatments have been unsuccessful. Further research with standardized outcome measures is warranted.

Chiropractic Management of General Musculoskeletal Dysfunction: A Retrospective Case Series
Background: Musculoskeletal dysfunction represents a significant cause of discomfort and functional limitation, for which many individuals seek non-pharmacological treatments such as chiropractic care. This article examines patient-reported outcomes following chiropractic management at a single private practice. Methods: A retrospective case series was conducted. Data were compiled from four de-identified patient cases at 100% Chiropractic in Tampa, FL, who received care for general musculoskeletal dysfunction. The inclusion criterion was the availability of a self-reported outcome narrative. Quantitative metrics for pain and mobility were not available. The study reviewed qualitative patient reports of their experience and perceived changes in their condition. Results: Quantitative aggregate outcomes for pain reduction and mobility improvement were not tracked. The four cases reviewed all reported positive qualitative outcomes. One patient described an “amazing transformation,” while another who had failed to find relief elsewhere reported that most problems were resolved within three sessions. Other reports included “feeling substantially better” and “never felt better.” All outcomes were based entirely on patient self-assessment, with no standardized measures used. Conclusions: In this series of four cases, patients with general musculoskeletal dysfunction reported high satisfaction and significant symptomatic improvement following a course of chiropractic care. These findings suggest a potential benefit but are limited by the study’s retrospective design, small sample size, lack of a control group, and reliance on subjective reports. Rigorous prospective studies are necessary to validate these observations.

However, a review of individual cases revealed consistent themes of positive outcomes. Patients reported 'tremendous improvement,' 'meaningful improvements in their condition,' and results that 'exceeded expectations.' Reported benefits included enhanced daily function, improved overall well-being, and significant symptom relief. One patient noted progress within 'a few weeks' of starting care. Conclusion: The findings from this small case series suggest that patients with general musculoskeletal dysfunction perceived subjective clinical benefit from chiropractic care. These results highlight patient satisfaction and functional gains, though rigorous controlled studies are required to establish causality and generalizability.
