Design

Every article on this site is a retrospective case-series drawn from a single clinic's real-world patient population over a defined observation window. Case-series are hypothesis-generating, not confirmatory; results describe what happened in a specific practice, not average effects across the profession.

De-identification

Patient records are de-identified at source before any data reaches this publication. Direct identifiers (name, DOB, address, MRN) are stripped; small-cell counts are suppressed. Only aggregate outcomes and anonymized narratives are ever published.

Verification

Each article's aggregate outcomes (patient counts, mean pain reduction, functional scores) are cross-checked against the originating clinic's records inside ChiropracticResults.com. Articles are only published once verification passes.

Limitations

• No randomization, no control group, no blinding.
• Selection bias: only patients who completed a care plan appear in outcome aggregates.
• Outcomes are self-reported (pain, function) unless otherwise stated.
• Findings should not be extrapolated to populations outside the reporting clinic.
