Outcomes of Chiropractic Care for Chronic Back Pain: A Retrospective Case Series from Family Tree Chiropractic
Background: Chronic back pain is a prevalent and debilitating condition globally. This article presents a retrospective case series examining the outcomes of chiropractic care for individuals experiencing chronic back pain at Family Tree Chiropractic. Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed the de-identified records of three patients who presented to Family Tree Chiropractic in Oklahoma City, OK, with a chief complaint of chronic back pain. Inclusion criteria included documented evidence of chronic back pain and subsequent chiropractic care at the clinic. Patient stories and reported outcomes, such as changes in pain levels and ability to perform daily activities, were extracted. Results: In this series of three cases, patients reported notable improvements. One patient reported reduced back pain allowing a return to enjoyable activities. Another patient, after seven years of ongoing chiropractic care, reported being free from back pain. A third patient also reported a reduction in back pain, enabling participation in previously limited activities. Quantitative pain reduction and mobility improvement percentages were not tracked for these cases. Conclusions: The cases presented suggest that chiropractic care, incorporating techniques such as adjustments, spinal decompression, and therapeutic massage, may be associated with positive outcomes for individuals with chronic back pain, including pain reduction and increased functional capacity. Further prospective research with standardized outcome measures is warranted.

Chiropractic Care for Chronic Back Pain: A Retrospective Case Series from TOPCHIRO Eindhoven
Background: Chronic back pain is a prevalent musculoskeletal condition contributing to significant disability and reduced quality of life. This retrospective case series investigates the outcomes of chiropractic care for patients with chronic back pain at TOPCHIRO Eindhoven. Methods: Data were collected retrospectively from internal patient records at TOPCHIRO Eindhoven. The study included outcomes from three de-identified patients presenting with chronic back pain who underwent chiropractic treatment. Primary outcomes focused on qualitative improvements in pain, mobility, and functional capacity, as quantitative metrics were not uniformly tracked. Results: Three cases demonstrated favorable qualitative outcomes, including significant pain reduction, improved functional capabilities such as attending a festival, and sustained long-term progress. While no average quantitative metrics were available, individual patient narratives consistently indicated improvement in their chronic back pain conditions following chiropractic interventions. Conclusions: This preliminary case series suggests that chiropractic care may offer beneficial outcomes for individuals experiencing chronic back pain, leading to improved function and reduced discomfort. Further prospective studies with standardized quantitative measures are warranted to corroborate these findings. The observed improvements align with the general clinical expectations for chiropractic interventions in managing chronic back pain.

Management of Chronic Back Pain with Multimodal Chiropractic Care: A Retrospective Case-Series
Background: Chronic back pain is a prevalent and debilitating condition that significantly impacts quality of life. Conservative care, including chiropractic, is a common management strategy. This article examines patient-reported outcomes from a private chiropractic practice. Methods: A retrospective case-series was conducted by reviewing patient files at Jaffe Chiropractic in Charlotte, NC. Two cases of chronic back pain with documented qualitative outcomes were selected for review. Data was extracted from patient narratives. Standardized quantitative pain and mobility scores were not available for this review. Results: The series comprised two individuals reporting chronic back pain. Aggregate outcome metrics were not calculated due to the qualitative nature of the data. One patient under short-term care described their back as feeling "1000% better." A second patient undergoing ongoing care for long-term chronic pain reported "substantial pain relief" and continuous improvement. Conclusions: The outcomes from this small case-series suggest that a multimodal chiropractic approach may provide significant symptomatic relief for some individuals with chronic back pain. These findings, while positive, are anecdotal and highlight the need for larger, controlled studies with standardized metrics to validate these observations.

Management of Chronic Back Pain with Chiropractic Care: A Retrospective Case Series
Background: Chronic back pain is a widespread condition that significantly impacts quality of life and function. Conservative care, including chiropractic approaches, is often sought for symptom management. This article examines patient outcomes at a single chiropractic clinic. Methods: A retrospective case series was conducted on three patients (n=3) with chronic back pain who received care at Platinum Chiropractic in Grand Rapids, MI. Data were extracted from patient files, including chief complaint, baseline functional status, and qualitative post-treatment outcomes. The interventions were individualized and could include chiropractic adjustments and rehabilitative exercises. Quantitative pain and mobility scores were not available for analysis. Results: All three cases reported positive outcomes. Case 1 experienced steady improvement in persistent back pain with ongoing care. Case 2, who faced severe pain and required back surgery, successfully regained mobility with chiropractic support before and after the procedure. Case 3, who had endured years of chronic pain, reported a significant reduction in pain. Aggregate quantitative analysis was not performed due to the nature of the available data. Conclusions: The outcomes in this small case series suggest that an individualized chiropractic care plan may be beneficial for managing chronic back pain and supporting functional recovery, even in complex cases involving surgical intervention. These findings highlight the potential role of chiropractic care but require confirmation through more rigorous study designs.
